Easy Bacon Quiche a la Florentine

YIELD: 2-9 INCH ROUND QUICHES - Fit for any family!


PREHEAT OVEN TO 375 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT

INGREDIENTS:

8 eggs
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked & set aside.
1/2 carton of whipping cream
1/4 cup of milk
4 strips of bacon, cooked & chopped into bite-size slivers.
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Ready-to-bake pie crusts

UTENSILS NEEDED:
Mixing bowl
Whisk

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whip the cream first, for about a minute (until it gets slightly fluffier)
  2. Whisk the eggs with the cream until thoroughly beaten.
  3. Add the milk, slivered bacon, cooked spinach and salt/pepper.
  4. Mix them thoroughly!
  5. Pour the mixture evenly among the 2 pie crusts & pop in the oven!
  6. Keep checking every 10 minutes until both quiches are softly firm.
  7. ENJOY DINNER! Serve with any leftover spinach and mashed potatoes for a more filling dinner! If the kids ask, tell them it's bacon and egg pie!
